Trade Republic

PDF statements CSV via web app

Trade Republic doesn't have a built-in CSV export, but you can download your transaction documents and portfolio summary. Bukdin's AI reads both PDF statements and CSV files.

Open Trade Republic on desktop

Go to app.traderepublic.com and log in. The web app gives you the best export options.

Navigate to your Profile

Click your profile icon in the top right, then select Activity to see your full transaction history.

Download your settlement documents

Each transaction has a PDF settlement document (Abrechnung). Go to Profile → Documents to find all documents grouped by year. You can select multiple and download as a batch.

💡 Pro tip: Bukdin reads PDFs natively — just upload them all at once. No conversion needed.

Alternative: Cash transactions

Navigate to Profile → Transactions for cash movements (deposits, withdrawals, dividends). Use this alongside your PDF settlements for a complete picture.

Upload to Bukdin

Drag and drop your PDF settlement documents into Bukdin. Our AI extracts dates, amounts, shares, and fees automatically.

DEGIRO

CSV export PDF reports

DEGIRO has a solid built-in CSV export for transactions, portfolio snapshots, and account statements. One of the easiest brokers to export from.

Log into DEGIRO WebTrader

Go to trader.degiro.nl (or your local domain) and sign in. Use the desktop web version.

Export your transactions

Click Activity → Transactions in the left sidebar. Set the date range from your first trade to today, click Export, and select CSV.

💡 Pro tip: DEGIRO has no limit on the date range — set the start to January 1st of your first year to capture everything.

Portfolio snapshot (optional)

Go to your Portfolio view and click the export arrow on the right. Select date and format (CSV or XLS) for current holdings with values.

Account statement (optional)

Go to Inbox → Account Statement for cash movements, dividends, and fees. Set date range and export as CSV.

Upload to Bukdin

Upload your transaction CSV. Bukdin recognises the DEGIRO format automatically and imports all positions, trades, and dividends.

Navigate to Menu → History.

Tap the Export button

Click the export icon in the top right. Choose your time frame (max 1 calendar year per export). Select all data types: Orders, Dividends, and Transactions.

Getting Started
What is Bukdin?
Bukdin is an all-in-one wealth tracking platform built for people pursuing Financial Independence / Retire Early (FIRE). It combines stock portfolio tracking, cash flow analysis, real estate valuation, fixed income, and debt management into a single dashboard — powered by AI, with no bank login required.
How is Bukdin different from Mint, YNAB, or other budgeting apps?
Budgeting apps focus on expenses. Bukdin focuses on the complete picture — your assets, liabilities, cash flow, and FIRE trajectory in one place. We show you how your spending today affects your retirement timeline. And we do it without connecting to your bank — you upload statements and our AI handles the rest.
How do I get my data into Bukdin?
Upload CSV or PDF files from your broker, bank, or crypto exchange. Our AI automatically recognises the format, categorises transactions, and imports everything. Check our Import Guides for step-by-step instructions for 13+ platforms.
Do I need to connect my bank account?
No. Bukdin never asks for your bank credentials. You download statements from your bank or broker and upload them to Bukdin. This is a deliberate design choice — your credentials stay with you.
Features
What asset types does Bukdin track?
Stocks and ETFs with real-time pricing, real estate with valuation tracking, fixed income (CDs, savings accounts, bonds), cryptocurrency, private equity and angel investments, and all types of debt (mortgages, loans, credit cards). Everything feeds into a single net worth and FIRE trajectory.
What is the AI Copilot?
The AI Copilot lets you ask natural language questions about your financial data — like "How much did I spend on travel last quarter?" or "What happens to my FIRE date if I increase my savings rate by 5%?" It can also connect to ChatGPT or Claude Desktop for deeper analysis.
How does the FIRE calculator work?
Bukdin calculates your FIRE number based on your actual spending, projects your wealth growth using real portfolio performance, and shows you exactly when you'll reach financial independence. The what-if scenarios let you adjust variables like growth rate, savings rate, or retirement age and see the impact instantly.
What is the daily stock digest?
Every morning you get a summary of yesterday's market movements for your specific holdings — price changes, portfolio impact, and relevant news. It's your personal morning briefing, not generic market noise.
Security & Privacy
Is my financial data safe?
Yes. Bukdin never asks for your bank credentials or connects to your accounts. Your uploaded files are processed and the data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We don't sell or share your data with third parties.
Why don't you use Plaid or bank connections?
By design. Bank connection services require sharing your credentials with a third party. We believe you should control who has access to your financial accounts. Upload-based import means your credentials never leave you, and you decide exactly what data to share with Bukdin.
Can I delete my data?
Yes, at any time. You can delete individual accounts, transactions, or your entire Bukdin account. When you delete data, it's permanently removed from our systems.
What happens to my uploaded files?
Uploaded files are processed to extract transaction data, then the original files are discarded. Only the structured transaction data is stored in your account.
Plans & Billing
Is there a free trial?
Yes — 60 days, no credit card required. You get full access to all features during the trial.
What plans are available?
See our Pricing page for current plans. We offer options for individual FIRE builders as well as households tracking shared finances.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel anytime from your account settings. No cancellation fees, no lock-in. Your data remains accessible until the end of your billing period.
Can I export my data if I leave?
Absolutely. You can export all your data as CSV at any time. Your data is yours — we make it easy to take it with you.
